Tentative Agreement!
City TV is reporting that a tentative agreement has been reached between GO Transit and the Amalgamated Transit Union local representing GO bus drivers, maintenance workers and other staff.For now, the threat of a strike has eased. However, the agreement must still be ratified by union membership. The last agreement was rejected, so what happens next is anybody's guest. Stay tuned over the next week for more news on how this situation will play itself out.
